The Senior Manager, Multicultural Marketing - Historically Black Colleges & Universities position will build unbreakable relationships with our HBCUs/HBCU Conferences and put us in a position to be seen as our schools most valuable partners. Youll collaborate with the Operating Unit leadership, zone marketing lead and bottler, as well as, a focus on communication with our top colleges and universities higher level leadership.

KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

* Responsible for the strategic planning and acquisition of key HBCUs and HBCU conferences
* Asset universe inclusive of 44 HBCUs and 4 HBCU Conferences
* Responsible for aligning with Zones and Bottlers on long-term (College & Universities) (C&U) asset acquisition, investment strategy and business plans with schools
* Responsible for building relationship and partnership with HBCUs and HBCU Conferences senior leaders, the Collaborative Business Planning process, reinforcing our Coca-Cola Partner Commitment, student marketing and recycling
* Collaborate on annual C&U Channel Plans with Category Operating Unit (OU) leads in order to enable key platforms to be leveraged on college campuses
* Collaborate with Zone Marketing leads to enable our per caps to increase and enable our Zones to achieve their annual business plan
* Manage annual system investment in colleges and universities
* This lead will also be responsible for managing the direct marketing expenses
* This role is in place to manage our long term (5-10) year partnerships enabling our +1 aspiration to come to fruition doubling our sales revenue on campuses over that term

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Experience

Minimum Required:

* 5 or more years experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry or sports business
* Experience cross-functional teams
* Analytics experience ability to draw insights and actions from data
* Planning experience; strategic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating future needs)
* Marketing Asset Negotiation Experience
* Strategic thinking and selling capabilities
* Partnership Management, Annual Planning, Sustainability

Preferred Level:

* 10 or more years experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry or sports business
* Significant Marketing Asset Negotiation Experience
* Sports Marketing Experience
* Financial Management Experience

Work Focus

Deliver on our +1 aspiration to double our per cap consumption in 3 years on Colleges and University campuses. Enhance our sales revenue and relationship/partnership with our top HBCUs and HBCU Conferences

* Build unbreakable relationships with our HBCUs/HBCU Conferences and put us in a position to be seen as our schools most valuable partners
* Enable Collaborative Business Plans
* Lead HBCU renewals and acquisitions
* Assist in HBCU Channel Plans with national C&U asset lead
* Lead our HBCU Strategy funding/revenue, retail value, acquisition of top 185, and segmentation
* Drive and apply consistent student marketing on campus leveraging OU category platforms inclusive of sustainability marketing plans

Communication Focus

* This role will predominantly communicate with the Operating Unit leadership, zone marketing lead and bottler, as well as, a focus on communication with our top colleges and universities higher level leadership
* Predominantly shared interests but there is work to do to align our Colleges and Universities
