Primary Responsibilities:

* Transportation Specialists are responsible for providing a positive experience to members while providing safe and timely transportation for clients, staff members and electronic devices to and from client's homes and various medical facilities
* Conducts daily vehicle inspections (safety and proper equipment)
* Provides positive Customer Service interaction with members or clinic staff
* Safe loading techniques for members, guest, wheelchairs and baggage, with a strict adherence to protocol
* Completes required reports accurately and fully
* Efficient with time management
* Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* For insurability purposes, must be at least 25 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and be able to pass a pre-employment and regularly scheduled post-employment Motor Vehicle Report inquires
* 2+ years of customer service or transportation delivery experience
* Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to push or pull heavy objects using up to 100 pounds of force
* This position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor's diagnosis of disease
* Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive VoiceResponse (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained
* You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
