NorthropGrumman Space Systems is seeking Technical Writer /Principal Technical Writer Nuclear Surety. This position will belocated in Roy, UT and will support the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS)Division.
WhatYoull Get To Do:
Coordinatethe development of nuclear certification artifacts across multiple functionalareas
Responsiblefor final reviews of nuclear certification artifacts for style, design, layout,editorial aspects, and security classification markings.
Coordinateand develop briefing material to support internal and external engagements

Thispositions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employeeswho work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Fridayoff.

middot; Bachelor rsquo;s Degree and 2 years of related experience. An additional 2 years of related technical experience and Associate 39;s Degree may be substituted in lieu of degree.
middot; Active DoD Secret clearance with a background investigation close date within the past 6 years
middot; Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical writer
middot; Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
For Principal:
middot; Bachelor rsquo;s Degree and 5 years of related experience. An additional 3 years of related technical experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
middot; Active DoD Secret clearance with a background investigation close date within the past 6 years
middot; Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical writer
middot; Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
middot; Active DoD TS clearance with a background investigation close date within the past 6 years
middot; Experience working with Nuclear Surety documentation (e.g. AFI 63-125, AFMAN 91-118/91-119/31-108, DODM 5210.41, AFI 91-107)
middot; Experience with derivative classification
middot; Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
