Join the Sales CRM organization, a part of Technology Solutions, as we pioneer and refine our Sales operation platforms in alignment with Humanas market point segment to benefit agents and the members they serve. The Senior Software Engineer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Senior Software Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Software Engineer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Begins to influence departments strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Senior software engineer will work on developing strategic sales and CRM technology solutions to enable various capabilities for sales operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
5 or more years of experience designing, developing, and testing of software applications and/or infrastructure
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Ability to perform analysis and design, requirements gathering, documentation, programming, testing, system installation and/or conversion
Experience in designing and developing efficient and high availability Web Services/Rest APIs
Experience in developing SSIS packages and SSRS reports
Web Development experience with C, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS and SQL
Experience using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, .NET Core, MVC
Performance testing, profiling and tuning
Good written and verbal communication skills
Full Stack development experience
