Job Description

GDIT is currently seeking a Project Integrator to provide technical support for a new program that provides agency-wide Enterprise IT support. The Project Integrator will serve in a vital program role, responsible for ensuring project tasks are appropriately resourced, requirements are neatly collected, project status is clearly communicated on a regular basis, and deadlines are met.

Responsible for tracking project workflow, scheduling review meetings, defining and communicating feedback cycles, and ensuring the project remains on track
Determine the applicability of requirements, and ensure the project team's understanding and track through completion
Management of the project deliverables and ensuring project deadlines are met
Collaborating with internal technical teams, ISSMs, and stakeholders to build relationships and achieve objectives
Serve as the facilitator for ensuring the project achieves the required IT and Security Governance Board approvals
Preparing and presenting status reports, data calls, deliverables and briefings as required
Maintaining consistent, proactive, and timely communication with stakeholders
Support the efforts to deploy SecDevOps, Infrastructure as Code and automation efforts across the service area

Required Skills:
o Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
o Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
o Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
o Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
o Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
o Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
o Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
o Excellent presentation and communication skills
o Detailed knowledge of relevant government regulations and standards
o Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance, with Full-Scope Polygraph
