Job Description
The Rebates Invoicing Advisor reports to a Rebates Invoicing Manager as a subject matter expert to analysts regarding rebate invoicing of Pharma brand rebate agreements. This includes contract interpretation setup within CVS Health's proprietary system, maintenance of Pharma contracts, analyzing claim volumes and variances, and sending invoices.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Leads Analysts / Senior Analysts engagement in organizational integration, policy, procedure initiatives, process improvement, capital and BSR projects
Recommends operational improvements and delegates appropriately
Documents processes, policies and procedures
Leads presentations and project team meetings internally and externally with CVS Health business partners, Pharma and clients
Coordinates the efforts of cross unit / cross company teams that include Contracting, Trade Relations, Finance, Legal, and other corporate departments
Responsible for day to day administration of systems and processes for accurate, timely administration of contracts across multiple rebate models (GPO, Medicare D) and CVS health entities
Analyzes system output for variances and trend changes, identifying client impact, explaining market share change and presenting findings to internal partners
Maintains a collaborative, effective relationship with manufacturers
Assertively leads and performs the vital research to influence, drive and implement approved recommendations regarding system enhancements or improvements to reduce costs, minimize processing time, improve controls or increase client / manufacturer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
5 years of work experience in conjunction with internship experience related to Finance, Accounting, Economics
5 years contract administration, financial and / or data analysis, datamining, and/or invoicing experience
3 years contract interpretation experience
2 year of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access

Preferred Qualifications
PBM or pharmaceutical manufacturer experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical products
Degree with a concentration of Math, Finance, Economics or Accounting

Education
Bachelor's Degree required
