IT Budget Support Analyst

The Challenge:

As a general management consultant on our team, youll build an overall picture of your clients current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Through discussions and workshops with leadership and analysts and support staff, you will identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will present the path forward and the expected results to senior decision makers. You Have:

* 4+ years of experience in professional roles
* Experience in technical writing skills, including creating presentations and deck building
* Experience in data analysis, including collecting, consolidating, and analyzing raw data
* Experience in managing client relationships and interfacing with senior-level government personnel
* Experience with using MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
* Knowledge of federal Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), investment portfolio management, or budgeting
* Ability to independently prioritize, sequence, and execute tasks while demonstrating thought-leadership in fast-paced environment
* Ability to collaborate across functional teams
* Public Trust clearance required
* BA or BS degree required

Nice if You Have:

* Knowledge of budgeting regulations, including OMB A-11
* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
* MA or MS degree
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME), ICAgile Certified Practitioner (ICP), or Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP)

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Public Trust clearance is required.
