Job Description

The Role:

As the Senior eCommerce Marketing Analyst, you will contribute to Conagra's efforts to accelerate our eCommerce growth with key retailers. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, you will help build the eCommerce business and capabilities across the company. You will support direct sales growth by assisting on the development and implementation of e-Tail digital marketing strategies, tactics and best practices across Conagra's customers and brand portfolio. You support agency and vendor relationships to create digital merchandising strategies, analyzing and improving digital shelf asset integrity and recommendations of optimization for eCommerce performance of marketing programs.

What You'll Do:

* Achieve Net Sales for eCommerce following strategy while managing Advertising and promotion Budget
* Manage and report online marketing programs using a data-driven approach
* Add, maintain or edit product descriptions, fields, attributes, images, videos and other data
* Create, maintain or edit promotional content on site (banners, coupon codes) to support ongoing promotions
* Create plans to engage online consumers directly through customer reviews, subscriptions, past purchase behavior
* Monitor consumer trends; use insights for improvement of marketing initiatives, including Profitero, IRI, One Click Retail analysis
* Deduction and trade management for direct e-Tailers

What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience and depth-of-knowledge in eCommerce, digital marketing and technology.
* Data-driven with the ability to connect dots between historical learning, data sets and future opportunities
* Strong interest in the Grocery eCommerce and marketing technology landscape
* Passion for digital & eCommerce space. Demonstrated understanding of essential players and concepts in digital.
* Use insights in a strategic selling story which drives growth
* Maintain workflow across multiple retailers and categories simultaneously
* Experience collaborating with multiple levels of team members
* Experience working with diverse teams and external agency/vendor partners.
* Understanding of consumer online behavior, trends and market analysis
