Job Description

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Tech Product Management Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Analyze business and technical requirements to plan, develop and implement Citis Digital Consumer Banking Portal in support of Citis Global Consumer Technology division. Use object-oriented programming languages, as well Cloud Technology and Micro services to define business requirements for portal functionalities; Prepare platform product documentation and monitor feature development through a bug catalog. Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate proper function of technology product features; define system goals and maintain Digital Roadmap; and collaborate with cross-fucntional teams to align portal capabilities. Research and identify technology innovations to create platform products, components of competitive analysis that inform decisions for platform product portfolio and roadmaps. Confer with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and platform product value, and perform data analysis to research problems and communicate recommendations. Identify risks related to resource availability and backlog availability and collaborate with Risk officers, Compliance, and Fraud teams on solutions related to suspicious fraud activity monitoring and detection on Citis Digital Consumer Banking Portal Technologies. Review product demos and perform gap analysis, and participate in work stream specific use cases and business process development through mapping and gapping. Define and deliver groomed user stories to Agile scrum teams using IBM Rational Team Concert, HP Quality Center, JIRA, Blueprint Requirement Center, Microsoft Visio, Medallia, Roadmunk, Splunk and SharePoint designer based reporting tools and platforms. Monitor and improve user experience using web analytics tools Adobe Site catalyst and MIS data analytics.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science or closely related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Product Management Analyst, Product Manager, Associate Manager, IT Analyst, Business Analyst or closely related position. Alternatively, will also accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science or closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Product Management Analyst, Product Manager, Associate Manager, IT Analyst, Business Analyst or closely related position. 3 years of experience must include: Defining the vision, product roadmap, and platform needs of the Digital Platform and contributing to organizational planning through gapping and mapping; Designing, developing, reviewing and testing of digital online banking and mobile applications & technologies; Utilizing qualitative and quantitative customer and industry data to test hypotheses, identify consumer pain points and validate potential solutions and translating research, hypotheses into detailed product requirements and detailed user stories; Defining and communicating strategic plans and product services in next-generation architecture leveraging microservices, cloud technologies and applications; Defining and delivering groomed user stories to Agile scrum teams using IBM Rational Team Concert, HP Quality Center, JIRA, Blueprint Requirement Center, Microsoft Visio, Medallia, Roadmunk, Splunk and SharePoint designer based reporting tools and platforms; Monitoring and improving user experience using web analytics tools Adobe Site catalyst and Management information system data analytics; Defining business requirements for portal functionalities adhering to object-oriented methodologies, preparing platform product documentation and monitoring feature development through a bug catalog; and Collaborating with user experience designers to define the product requirements into high-fidelity wireframe designs and driving agile product build-out agile scrum methodology.
