Ability to respond to situations and reactions associated with a public facing position. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Experience in a professional customer service oriented environment Equipment and Skills Training: Forehead thermometer, Personal Protective Equipment (mask), excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills to determine appropriate course of action in situations, Ability to handle difficult situations/interactions in a professional manner, with strong communication skills.
