Job Description

As a Production Coordinator, you will coordinate the transfer of raw materials, parts and finished products between various production areas and external warehouses. Ensure material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules. Collect and analyzes data on current orders, production levels, and sales forecasts to estimate future demand for materials.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review the production schedule and raw material inventory to issue transfer orders to begin processing work orders to meet the production schedule requirements.
* Utilize SAP Warehouse Management (WM) to check the status of production and transfer orders, taking necessary actions to meet the production schedule.
* Coordinate the delivery of production materials (raw materials, containers, etc.) from 3rd party storage to the plant to meet the requirements of the production schedule, while working with onsite storage capacity.
* Work with Supervisors, Scheduling Team and Production Personnel to revise production schedule as required due to material shortages or other circumstances that could cause delay.
* Order Finished Goods labels from 3rd party printer based on the production schedule.
* Maintain file system for batch tickets.
* Perform final cost/yield adjustments for financial allocations on all batches manufactured at the site.
* Track and report manufacturing data.
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience with SAP
* Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Good organizational skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
