The Business Process Manager (Tax Compliance and Goods Receipting) role will be responsible for leading and driving world-class global initiatives that focus on excellence and align to our digital transformation vision:

* Automate processes and Enable connected enterprise automation capabilities.
* Demonstrate customer empathy while driving actionable data insights.

Tax compliance and Goods receipting are two key pillars within Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable processes. Global tax laws and requirements are evolving at an accelerated pace and ensuring Tax compliance is non-negotiable. Indirect Tax compliance ensures accuracy and integrity of our tax process and includes collection, calculation, withholding, reporting, and auditing. Goods receipting sub-process also plays a major role in the procure to pay space with heightened focus on Microsoft Cloud business and business agility. To be successful in the role, candidate will require strong interpersonal skills, influencing without authority, collaboration, leveraging other's work and helping others to succeed, engagement with multiple business partners including (but not limited to) Core Services Engineering and Operations, Tax, Controls and Compliance, Finance Operations Service Delivery and our Business Process Outsourcer.

Core Job Responsibilities:

* End to end ownership of Tax compliance and Goods Receipting sub processes within Procure to Pay business process.
* Ensure Tax compliance by identifying global and regional requirements and rollout the same across procure to pay systems and processes.
* In partnership with Core Services Engineering and Operations, design, develop and rollout scalable and repeatable Tax compliance framework.
* Proactive identification of business needs and drive business capability roadmap complementing technology roadmap.
* Demonstrate data driven influencing strategies to expand connected enterprise automation capabilities with internal and external partners.
* Monitor industry trends and proactive adoption by working with stakeholders located globally.
* Leverage cognitive technologies and data analytics to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, optimize, and automate good receipting and tax processes.
* Active participation in a virtual working environment managing time zone & cultural differences.

Requirement & Experiences

* 5+ years of relevant professional experience as business process owner within Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable.
* Knowledgeable and experience in SAP Functional Domains including but not limited to Core Finance and Controlling Areas (FICO, AR/AP)
* Inherent curiosity in the areas of innovation, technology, and user experience.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels within an organization and proven ability to establish trust quickly and create win-win situations.
* Comfortable working with ambiguity and adept at using facts to influence decision making.
* Story telling skills complementing business process experience.

Qualifications

* Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance or other related disciplines.
