Prepare financial reports for management team
Prepare monthly forecasts by program, including reporting on results of the programs and comparisons to budgets and forecasts
Perform variance analyses and provide status reporting as part of the month-end close cycle
Researching General Ledger (G/L) entries by working closely with the G/L group to ensure proper accounting
Prepare economic analysis for the various programs detailing ROI, where applicable
Assist in any other special projects or ad-hoc analysis

* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PowerPoint

What We Are Looking For:

* 2 year degree and 24 years of general accounting/financial analyst experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience
* Ability to communicate with all levels of management and business units
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to adapt to rapidly changing demands; thrives in dynamic environment
* Strong team player who excels in a collaborative environment, but also able to work independently with little supervision
* Willingness to take on additional responsibilities outside the scope of this position as needed

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$19.04 - $23.28

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
