The Role & The Program

Were looking for a strong Presales professional to join our dedicated Faculty team in San Ramon, California.

The SAP Academy is a one-year, immersive program with a focus on transforming early talent into the next generation of technology leaders. SAP attracts top candidates from every corner of the globe to our campus located in Silicon Valley, California. At the Academy the program participants (Associates) work with experienced experts in an interactive, hands-on environment to acquire a wide variety of business, industry and solution skills while working with emerging and cutting-edge technologies. Lecture time is limited, rather we encourage learning by doing. All of these learnings are applied to a number of case studies so that program participants can understand the clear linkages between technology and business value. As a part of the program, the Associates will leave the California campus and return home to work under an experienced mentor. Working with this mentor, the Associate spends a significant amount of time with colleagues and customers to gain real world experiences and deepen their knowledge. At the end of the Academy year, Associates will have gained the skills necessary to help guide our customers through their Digital Transformation journey.

At the end of the program year, Academy Associates will have been prepared to confidently and credibly assume Presales responsibilities in their assigned specialization as a Presales Associate. Associates report directly to the faculty during the yearlong program. At the conclusion of the program, Associates will then move into the MU headcount and will report to a local manager as a Solution Advisor.

Our Academy program has been recognized with several industry awards. Participants get tremendous value not only from the learnings but also from the cultural experience of working with a diverse group of colleagues from all over the globe.
