The Investment Operations Group is seeking a top performing, results oriented applicant to fill the Business Liaison Consultant role. This is a key Individual contributor role supporting the Advisory Operations team.The department consist of team members divided across 4 teams and operating out of multiple locations. The Department is responsible for establishing and maintaining accounts on the WFA advisory platform, coordinating with internal and external money managers to maintain client discretionary accounts, implementing investment portfolio investment stratifies, calculating fees and billing advisory accounts and supporting the Portfolio Management technology platform.

Duties include but are not limited to

* Work with key business partners, providing subject matter expertise on ongoing business operations
* Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and manage pipeline for projects assigned to operations
* Build and maintain department metrics, identify and recommend risk and efficiency improvement opportunities
* Drive for results, conveying a sense of urgency and bringing issues to closure despite obstacles and opposition
* Establish and manage department controls
* Ensure operational policies and procedures comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Evaluate operating processes and controls for potential risk mitigation and efficiency opportunities.
* Provide Project Management leadership and best practices guidance for new and existing projects.
* Provides leadership, subject matter expertise on ongoing complex business operations.
* Provide strategic direction, project management and tracking for department and division level projects

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business operations, implementation, or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience; or 2+ years of legal experience which includes the review, evaluation and response to agency, law firm, or regulatory inquiries

* Knowledge and understanding of offshore operations processes

* Strong risk management and compliance skills

* Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Other Desired Qualifications
* Ability to administer programs, projects or processes specific to the business and maintain spreadsheets or databases to monitor departmental information
* Strong writing skills to prepare correspondence; memorandum; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation
* Presentation and PowerPoint development experience

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MO-Saint Louis: Min: $71,000 Mid: $100,000
