As part of the Application Compliance Initiatives and Governance (ACI) group, the Digital Accessibility Team provides digital accessibility expertise to help Wells Fargo Technology and other line of business teams accomplish the goal of producing accessible-compliant products and software to customers, partners and teammates.

This role will serve a Team Lead for a group of digital accessibility experts with a primary focus on Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title I compliance. They will apply subject matter expertise of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), ADA and other related regulations and guidelines to accurately assess digital assets for compliance with accessibility policies and rules. This role is posted as a Lead Digital Accessibility Analyst; however, the Wells Fargo job title is Technology Business Services Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Act as a team lead of nine (9) digital accessibility experts
* Work across business units to help drive strategic goals and initiatives related to accessibility
* Act as a subject matter expert on digital accessibility, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
* Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to ensure compliance with digital accessibility guidelines, standards and regulations
* Contribute to evaluation capabilities that will ensure digital accessibility compliance
* Partner with multiple Agile Scrum teams in different Lines of Business simultaneously

Selected candidate will be required to work within one of the following Wells Fargo locations: Raleigh-NC, Des Moines-IA, Minneapolis-MN, Philadelphia-PA or Phoenix-AZ. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of technology experience
* 5+ years of experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both
* 5+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word

Desired Qualifications
* Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
* Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
* 1+ year of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring
* Knowledge and understanding of accessibility methods and standards, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title I and Title III, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and Section 508 compliance guidelines
* Ability to act as a subject matter expert on Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
* Knowledge and understanding of technology governance
* Experience writing and editing internal communications and training-related materials in a corporate environment or financial institution
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Other Desired Qualifications
* Relevant industry certification (e.g. International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS))
