In PGIM Fixed Income, our technology group is a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with exciting changes on the horizon under new senior leadership. We are looking for a dynamic, agile-minded Lead Scrum Master and Agile Coach to help drive a new operating model transformation based in product-based delivery underpinned by Agile and DevOps practices. Our ideal candidate will not only act as an instrument of change but will act as a key liaison facilitating Agile change programs between our technology and business units. Our new Agile delivery methodology will become the heartbeat of change for the Technology Solutions Group and business stakeholders and this exciting position will be at the forefront of this. Your Impact:
* Establish and promote a new delivery methodology for our Global Fixed Income Technology Solutions Group
* Work with our executive team in prioritizing and transforming Agile-based organizational strategies into technology and business initiatives.
* Implement & oversee best practices for Agile change ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives, program increments etc.) at the macro/micro level.
* Establish best practices for feature determination, story creation and backlog grooming.
* Act as change champion in being a driving force in all delivery and change methodologies.
* Align with internal & external partners to establish a unique organizational Agile transformation.
* Create success criteria, metrics and reporting frameworks for existing and new initiatives.
* Work closely with architects, application developers, testing and support teams to implement Agile practices throughout the DevOps pipeline and software development lifecycle.
* Lead the team of scrum masters aligned to our seven business aligned product teams.
* Assist in the recruitment and coaching of current and future Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
Your Required Skills:
* 7-10+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
* Deep experience with acting as scrum lead and Agile coach while, on occasion, simultaneously acting a practicing scrum master.
* Strong understanding of software engineering and development, database management or infrastructure engineering.
* Comfortable leading and inspiring an organization through major programs of change
* Establish, evangelizing and educating change programs to a technology and business audience.
* Hands-on experience in driving an Agile or transformation directly within a technology environment and familiar with assisting teams transitioning from waterfall to Agile delivery
* Demonstrated experience with monitoring Agile team resource utilization and creating delivery reporting frameworks eg. Burndown charts, story grooming, tracking velocity and capacity etc.
* Highly experienced in delivering through matrix managed product-aligned delivery teams.
* Well versed with different Agile methodologies including SCRUM, Kanban and SAFE
* Experience working with DevOps continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, test-driven development and rapid automated release practices.
* Familiar with best-practice application development information security DevSecOps
* SAFe, Scaled Agile, SCRUM or CSM Certification.
