The Personal Healthcare area of the P&G business is rapidly expanding. The Greensboro, North Carolina Plant is looking for a Project Manager for new initiatives and capacity enhancement projects. We are looking for a highly technical leader with a sense of urgency and proven capability working with teams to deliver successful startups. Experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical business is preferred. This leader will learn the P&G Engineering discipline along with bring to P&G their external knowledge of their industry:

* Project Management -Managing Capital, Schedule and Risk for projects. Deliver project within capital budgets and committed schedule
* Technical Project Management experience including troubleshooting, and optimization
* Startup Management
* Mechanical systems design and collaboration with engineering contractors
* Knowledge of cGMP, clean design and 21 CFR Part 211
* Ensures equipment is appropriately qualified and/or validated for intended use, works with Quality and Technical Groups to develop and execute protocols.
* You will lead a team of internal and external resources in the installation and startup of projects.

Qualifications
Education:

* Bachelor or Master's degree in: Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or other related degree and/or work-related experience).

Skills/Qualifications:

* Experts in Project management (Manage project capital, schedule and risk).
* Have experience with designing and constructing Mechanical Systems
* Have experience working in an FDA regulated site
* Have experience working in Pharma
* Have experience collaborating with a team of manufacturing and engineering leaders to deliver small and large programs
* Have experience with engineering tools and process to systemically design and startup existing and new technology
