Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer - Product Support Design and Integration to join the Product team. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.
What you will get to do:
Support Segment Integration Manager: Lead the Support Segment Design, Integration and Specialty Engineering within Support Segment, reporting to the Support SE Lead.
Responsible for managing a team of 7 systems engineers to ensure design process alignment, IFC alignment and Specialty Engineering.
Lead for IFC integration
Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering approach in all activities.
Approver of all Support Element SE design products and processes presented at design reviews.
Proactively interface with other SE organizations to ensure successful interface design and implementation.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

You rsquo;ll Bring These Qualifications:
* 2 Years with Bachelors in Science in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) discipline from an ABET accredited university; 0 Years with Masters
* A current DoD Secret clearance awarded within past 6 years is required to be considered for this position
* Basic understanding of systems engineering principles and processes
* Proficiency in MS Office
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
* Experience in system engineering on a real time operating system
* A current DoD Top Secret clearance with capability for SAP access
* Effectively communicate and present to project and program management, other technical managers and customers
* Missile experience, Weapon System Support equipment requirements and verification or modelling and simulation using the CAMEO EA
* Experience in MBSE
