Northrop Grumman Tactical Space Systems Division (TSSD) is seeking a Staff Program Agile Product Owner to support the Program Chief Engineer within our Space Security business unit. This person must demonstrate success leading locally and virtually as a part of a geographically dispersed team.

Excellent verbal and writing communication skills are required. The successful candidate will clearly demonstrate strong leadership skills and will have a track record as an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This position may be performed from Dulles, VA or remotely.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
* Support the Program Chief Engineer with providing oversite and leadership to Program Scrum teams.
* Serve as Program Product Owner, collaborate with Product Managers, 13+ agile scrum teams and their associated product owners/scrum masters to define the work so that the integrated team can review, commit, and execute within a defined period.
* Champion consistency across the Program Scrum teams ensuring common tools and training/skill development through all levels of the organization.
* Interface with multiple disciplines including customers, internal executive management, program management, software and system engineering.
* Will be required to effectively communicate technical progress to customers, senior leadership, and companywide audiences
* Support the program rsquo;s transition to Agile and subsequently Scaled Agile Software Development Lifecycle processes
* Must be capable of strong partnership to ensure lockstep coordination with adjacent discipline areas and program manager leadership.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
bull; Minimum Education / Experience: 15+ Years with Bachelors in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math ndash; or related technical area) or closely related discipline; 12 Years with Masters.
bull; Industry certification(s) in Agile or Scaled Agile Framework
bull; Strong experience working Agile programs
bull; The candidate must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong communication and presentation skills
bull; US Citizenship is required for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
bull; Master of Science in STEM discipline and/or MBA degree
bull; Experience managing complex projects using the Atlassian suite of SDLC tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc)
bull; Willingness to obtain Top Secret / SCI clearance
