Manager, Product Management, Digital Integrations

Overview:
Digital Customer Solutions team is looking for a Manager of Product Management who will support development of the product strategy, product roadmap, go- to market, and functional and technical requirements definition to increase merchant/psp acceptance for Click to Pay. In addition, this role will be responsible for defining the pilot programs and MVP builds for the partners in partnership of the regional product teams. This role is part of the SRC Global Product Enablement team.

Role Description-
In this role you will:
Contribute to the development and execution of a robust and comprehensive merchant strategy for Global Product Enablement for Click to Pay
Advocate for our acceptance partners by working with them to understand their needs and then leverage those insights to elevate our roadmap and enhance their integration experiences
Create business cases as well as implementation plans for new features
Become SME on the EMVCo SRC APIs and SDK and partner with internal teams and technology teams on help evolving the EMVCo SRC APIs
Evaluating opportunities for enhancements and new features to bring greater benefits to merchants and PSPs
Maintain an excellent knowledge of the merchant payments eco-system including competitive analysis and ad hoc market research
Define and execute a customer success strategy for new partners onboarding and integrating with Click to Pay
Lead creation of documentation and training material for internal customer facing teams such as customer delivery and product delivery, lead training sessions
Provide pre-sales technical consulting to the partners integrating with Click to Pay(SRCis) to support the sales process and ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery
Develop scalable monitoring and certification requirements and processes to ensure that merchant/ PSP integrations with Click to Pay are built to the highest quality technology, security and user experience standards and comply with relevant business policies
Work with the merchant/PSP and customer delivery, to determine and implement a high-quality experience, in line with best practice guidelines

What We Are Looking For:
Product Management experience with e-commerce payments ecosystem, technology platforms and end-to-end transaction flows
Engaging communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence and align multiple various stakeholders to drive results
Relationship building and cross-functional collaboration skills with a strong focus on working across business, and technology teams
Excellent verbal and written communication. Comfortable presenting, influencing and negotiating at senior management level, able to shift gears for audiences from different business disciplines of varying technical ability
Customer empathy and a track record of delivering enhanced customer experiences. A curious and highly proactive and sharp problem solver adept at cutting through ambiguity and making data-driven decisions
Strong technical acumen with a degree in Engineering and/or industry engineering experience.
Strong integrity and work ethic, holding self and others to high standards, able to work autonomously and as part of a team, fostering a positive team culture in line with Mastercard values of trust, partnership, agility and initiative
Experience in payment flows between merchant-payment gateways/acquirers, SDK, API would be a huge advantage
