IU Health is looking for an Organizational Development Manager to help provide strategic leadership, planning, decision making, and organizational development support for the Learning Institute's Learning and Organizational Development initiatives. The OD Manager serves a business unit/region as a Sr. Organizational Development Consultant and leads the Sr. Organizational Development team. The candidate will ensure accountability to key talent initiatives such as culture, performance development, talent review and succession planning, leadership development, and engagement. The OD Manager also develops strong partnerships between the Sr. Organizational Development Consultants and their respective executive leadership teams and fosters a high performance, outcome driven, continuous improvement, continuous learning, and healthy culture.

Master's Degree in Education (Adult Learning preferred), Organizational/Leadership Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Nursing Leadership/Administration, or Business Administration is required or equivalent years of experience.
Professional Clinical Development Certification (ANCC ex.), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Experiential Learning Certification, other relevant certification is preferred.5-7 years of relevant Organizational Development experience is required, including, but not limited to: engagement, strategic planning, change management, performance development, and talent review/succession planning.
This role will require lifting up to 30 pounds, twisting, sitting and standing for long periods of time, walking to and from various locations.
