Required Skills/Qualifications:
Six (6) years of experience within large and complex enterprise/corporate IT
environments
Three (3) years of experience with an ITSM tool (i.e. BMC Remedy, ServiceNow
or Cherwell)
Leader with strong project/program management, problem solving and
analysis, written/verbal communication , and interpersonal skills with senior
leaders
Enthusiastic problem solver with a track record of structuring and executing
complex analyses to support strategy, and works well in a constantly evolving
environment.
Experience working for an organization with widely distributed geographic
sites
Managerial experience leading employees supporting IT services
BA/BS degree
ITIL Foundation certification
