We are currently seeking a Vice President of Product to lead the transformation of one of our key business lines like Leasing or Capital Markets. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the global product strategy, encompassing the products used both by our people and by our clients. Your mandate will be to drive additional market share and margin, while simultaneously re-inventing how the industry will operate. You will lead a global team and have the opportunity to make immediate, needle-moving impact.
This role is ideally located in San Francisco, CA, Menlo Park, CA, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, or London, UK--other major U.S. cities will be considered.
Responsibilities:
As a Vice President of Product at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for:
* Creating and establishing the overall product vision for one of our key business segments and ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals globally
* Assessing current state of products, identifying ways to transform existing solution while thinking through innovative new solutions that need to be built or bought
* Establishing KPIs to ensure products achieve their objectives
* Collaborate with the engineering team to further deliver on the new vision of the product suite
* Champion the voice of the customer; establish one-to-many customer and partner forums for product feedback; engage deeply and personally with customers, partners, and the field
* Recruit, motivate, develop, and retain a high-performance product team. Build a team that meets the business needs of the future. Aggressively acquire and train new talent that fit seamlessly into JLL Technologies' culture.
* Above all, deliver strong and compelling market-leading products that take advantage of JLLs unique technology, relationship, and people assets.

Education and experience
* Bachelors or masters degree in a technical subject (computer science or engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential. M.B.A. or management degree strongly desirable.
* 10+ years of experience building complex, globally dispersed product teams; ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups spanning all organizational levels. The global experience is a requirement for this position.
* Significant B2B enterprise solutions experience strong preferred
* Strong customer focus and ability to understand and translate the voice of the customer into product strategy.
* Experience in driving an IT-focused product organization into a modern customer-centric product- focused organization. (a plus, but not required)
