You will work with some of the worlds most influential faith leaders and institutions while also working cross-functionally with the Policy, Legal, Marketing, PR and the Operations teams needed to bring ideas to market, improve user experience, and make our customer segment successful. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in and curiosity for innovative ways to leverage social products as part of building communities of faith on Facebook.
Program Manager, Faith Partnerships Responsibilities
* Support a growing portfolio of Faith Partnerships programs by defining and driving the program strategy, including: Blueprint for Faith, Facebook for Faith Learning Community, Facebook Interfaith Advisory Council
* Define program requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analyses of program performance, explore new strategic opportunities, inform the future roadmap with enhanced or new program, and ensure program and industry impact
* Provide direct management of the Faith Partnerships scaled marketing channels, including the Facebook for Faith Page and the Faith Hub
* Build and manage mechanisms for developing managed partner relationships at scale, including establishing an ongoing cadence of partner communication and outreach, and addressing business and operational issues through online community
* Develop new program opportunities by researching and identifying potential partnerships (internal and external)
* Develop deep product expertise with an ability to collect and synthesize meaningful feedback to represent partners at scale internally and collaborate with the Faith Partnerships Product Lead to inform and accelerate product strategies
* Manage multiple complex project deliverables for multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Help design and bring new programs to market and support the iterations of existing programs to support the work of communities of faith & leaders around the world
* Work with external partners, thought leaders and industry experts to develop concepts to inform program strategy
* Build an incentivization program to keep our audience engaged, partners happy, and drive interest for our initiatives
* Help support program events and create unique experiences for our audience, both in person and online in virtual forums
* Serve as the team liaison to Partnerships Marketing and support external issue escalations where appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
* Proven track record of developing relationships and supporting stakeholders online, via scaled channels
* 2+ years of experience developing and managing programs, especially marketing programs
* Community management experience
* Experience using data to make decisions
* Experience communicating and presenting to internal and external partners
* Demonstrated experience driving impact in society
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience running scaled program initiatives using online and offline tools
* Experience with Facebook platforms and how its products could be leveraged by houses of worship and faith-based organizations
* Experience with business strategy
* Experience working with houses of worship and faith communities, online and/or offline
