* Minimum of Bachelors degree (prefer HR, Business, Communications or related field)
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR and/or driving Diversity or Communications Initiatives

* Ability to work in an environment with multiple competing priorities
* Excellent customer focus and ability to provide timely follow-up and follow-through
* Resourceful and ability to navigate the unknown, finding solutions by navigating through internal and external channels

* Experience working with PeopleSoft, ADP, BrassRing or similar HR systems and taking information from these systems for reporting and trend analysis; Workday a plus

What Youll Do
The HR Generalist is a high impact role reporting directly to the Sr HR Manager, Strategic Initiatives for the North America Sales & Marketing organization, with a focus on HR Transformation and New Ways of Working. The primary responsibilities will include partnering with the NA Sales & Marketing HR Community to activate key Business Initiatives. Specifically, youll:

* Tactical HR generalist support for Strategic Initiatives & Total Solutions to include talent selection, onboarding, employee questions, etc.
* Support talent acquisition activities for the team to include coordinating and driving action with the central Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the DEI strategy is activated, assign mentors | sponsors, various onboarding activities, etc.
* Collaborate with the Communications & Brand Teams to support communication plans | campaigns. Social media support to drive our DEI & Hiring initiatives and work with commercial HR leadership team to create roll-out strategy for the Sales & Marketing organization
* Support the development of the North American Sales & Marketing Talent Strategy including focuses on diversity, inclusion, engagement, retention, talent acquisition and employee development as well as the execution as it relates to pulling together events, reports, trends & addressing through proposed action
* Own the NA Sales & Marketing Reporting, Analytics and Score carding needs for the NA Sales & Marketing Team
* Support the Development and roll out of a digital onboarding experience for new hires including building a community for eCommerce and Total Trade Solutions.
* HR Project Management support for key transformation initiatives (HR Amplify, People Technology -Bias Sync & Pymetrics, Job Architecture, New Ways of Working, etc.)
* Partner with external organizations in support and continuance of our DEI efforts
