Scope of Position:
* The IT Rotational Development Program (ITRDP) is a three-year program in which candidates will gain experiences across multiple areas of Information Technology. Each candidate will complete three 1-year rotations as an IT Senior Analyst. The areas of rotation can include business engagement, infrastructure, applications, business operations and/or information security. Upon successful completion of the rotational program the candidate will be placed in a permanent role within IT.
Responsibilities:
* Focus is based on job role. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting analysis, providing support, problem solving / troubleshooting, and/or service development.
* Participate in operations activities to enable the management of IT services across the enterprise.
* Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, and concepts and techniques.
* Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
* May take on moderate size projects or several components of a large project.
* Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management Systems or Computer Engineering.
* Previous work experience in an IT-based role is preferred.

Special Requirements
* Up to 10% domestic travel.
* Rotation might include relocation to another site within the United States.
Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time:
* Normal work week 40+ hours (Monday Friday)
