Micro-Electronics Technician - Back End Processing

Looking for innovators, creative thinkers, and problem solvers. In the Mission Systems Advanced Technology Labs, we take innovative ideas and bring them to life. You can be a part of a team that helps develop revolutionary, industry leading technology. Our team is looking for a motivated, confident, and passionate technician to help develop the next generation of communication and aviation electronic solutions. This unique position working in our MICRO-electronics lab supports internal and external customer funded programs. In addition to working on industry leading technology you would be a key member of the team that develops new processes, test and analyzes results and creates advanced parts in the MICRO-electronics lab. This role is going to work mostly in Microelectronic wet etching, Wafer to Wafer alignment, Bonding, Laser Marking and Dicing with opportunity to learn and do work in other areas of the lab.
Job Responsibilities:
* Successful applicant must be able to learn and preform Microelectronic wet etching, Wafer to Wafer alignment, Bonding, Laser Marking and Dicing
* Successful applicant must be able to assist the engineering research and technology development effort in the areas of plating, dicing, bonding, laminating, sputtering and general micro-fab processes.
* Successful candidate must be able to work independently, take initiative, and be able to provide innovative and creative solutions to complex problems.
* Applicant must be able to work well with a structured schedule and meeting time commitments.
* Successful applicant must be able to work effectively managing multiple tasks, process steps and understand the flow of work.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
* Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident Green Card holder
* Knowledge of photolithography and electroplating (preferred)
* Mechanical ability- use of manual hand tools and power tools (required)
* Knowledge of chemical processing, background in using chemical combinations and storage. (preferred)
* Ability to lift 50lbs (required)
* Efficient at Microsoft office- excel, power point, word (preferred)
