What youll be able to do:

Foodservice Manager provides management and coordination of the Global Foodservice program and assists in the development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of the Global Foodservice Strategy. Additionally, Foodservice Manager leads customers facing meetings to ascertain needs and provides direction strategic partners, regional Stakeholders and senior level management for implementation. Position requires leadership ability to lead a dynamic team while managing shifting priorities.

* Financial accountability for regional foodservice contracts with supplier (both P&L and Subsidized accounts)
* Attends meetings with regional and country stakeholders
* Supplier management to contract terms and operational standards
* KPIs
* Operations reviews
* Contract compliance
* Deliver the food program strategies to the employees of Ford both commercial buildings and manufacturing plants
* Manage foodservice suppliers to:
* Deliver superior service to the customers
* Understand and deliver food that is flavorful, nutritious, and meets the needs of the customers
* Deliver a sustainability program that matches or exceeds the best in the industry
* Guide the best marketing and branding efforts to provide the customers with knowledge, learning experiences and pride in the food program
* Bring technology solutions to the program that allow the guests to be more productive, engage more with co-workers, and bring clarity to the complete dining experience
* Collaborate closely with key partners to align on food strategy program for location
* Provide input to Global Foodservice Strategies Lead management reviews of major projects and financial performance
* Marketing and Branding fundamental

The minimum requirements we seek:

* Bachelors degree
* 5+ years of experience in business operations, business analytics and strategic operations.

* Master's degree or MBA
* Outstanding leadership abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrable analytical thinking and business acumen
* Understanding of culinary process and food transparency
* Awareness of and the ability to practice Enlightened Hospitality
* Ability to function as part of a team and work cooperatively toward team goals
* Qualified candidates will work well under pressure, demonstrate excellent problem solving and creativity, and be able to quickly evaluate new information and make appropriate decisions

Ford introduced methods for large-scale manufacturing of cars and large-scale management of an industrial workforce using elaborately engineered manufacturing sequences typified by moving assembly lines; by 1914, these methods were known around the world as Fordism.
