What does a great Finance Director do?

You will provide financial support to FTS business partners CFO responsibility for this piece of the FTS org.

As a Finance Director you can look forward to:

* Leading the monthly close, Forecast, and Budget full financial oversight for this piece of the business
* Month-over-month, Plan, and Forecast Variance analysis for business partner and FTS
* Understanding and explaining key Chargeback drivers
* Communication with business finance leads
* Creation and communication of business cases to Sr. Management

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

* Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
* 5+ years related experience
* Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with senior management
* Ability to work independently and manage employees
* Advanced skill level with Excel
* Intermediate to advanced skill level with Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
* Experience with enterprise financial tools

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

* Knowledge of SAP/BPC/Global Essbase reporting system
* Finance experience from technology or business unit
* General knowledge of IT systems
* 5+ years in expense analysis role
* Experience working with senior management
* Specific knowledge and application of IT services and financial management including budgeting, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling

Travel required: This role will be primarily based in Atlanta, but travel <15% may be required for training and/or meetings.
