A Securities Operations Service Specialist 5 acts as the primary resource for critical production or escalation issues; Plans, coordinates, distributes, and monitors daily securities or cash related production work; May or may not supervise daily production activities and/or staff; Provides management level reporting including service quality, volume tracking, and/or staff performance; Provides back-up for all department functions; Leads and/or participates in production improvement efforts; and addresses procedural impacts; Provides training, coaching, and feedback to new and existing staff; Provides work direction for staff; Addresses scheduling issues; Leads small to medium sized projects or parts of larger projects; May address compliance and corporate governance issues for the department; May have extensive customer contact; Works under minimal supervision with some degree of independence

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center demonstrated through work or military experience

* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
* Solid problem solving skills
* Experience leading, training, and providing feedback to staff and corresponding managers
* Brokerage industry experience
* Ability to motivate a team and lead strategic initiatives, collaborating across a large organization and multi-tasking as required

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $50,400 Mid: $70,000
