The Legal Department supports the vision, values & goals of Wells Fargo by providing expert, creative, cost-effective, and timely advice and services to all Wells Fargo businesses and support functions. This Paralegal 2 is in the Legal Departments Employment Law group, specifically in the ERISA, Benefits and Retirement section. This Paralegal will support IRA and qualified plan questions in connection with broker-dealer and other areas. Will also include research and other attorney support.

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of paralegal experience demonstrated through work or military experience

* Strong research skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

* Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Other Desired Qualifications
* Paralegal to support IRA and qualified retirement plan questions in connection with broker-dealer and other areas

Job Expectations
* Paralegal certification may be required in some states

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $52,600 Mid: $73,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $52,600 Mid: $73,000
