We are looking for an experienced senior digital marketing manager to join the digital marketing team with specific responsibility for four different areas. This position would support:
Snapdragon compute platforms, which power connected Windows laptops and Chromebooks across enterprise, small and medium businesses, education, and consumer use cases. XR platforms including Snapdragon XR1 and XR2, which power breakthrough augmented and virtual reality products, including the Oculus Quest 2. Wi-Fi connectivity platforms, which power both infrastructure (wireless access points) and client mobile devices (including FastConnect for laptops and smartphones). Technology Marketing, which supports forward-looking programs and initiatives that share Qualcomms vision and bolster our reputation for leadership across areas like 5G and artificial intelligence (AI).
This position will act as strategic digital marketing advisor to stakeholders across these Product and Technology Marketing teams recommending and executing initiatives across all our digital channels. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded, senior digital marketer experienced in numerous digital disciplines including website production, social media marketing, project management, analytics and reporting. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of how B2B & B2C companies can utilize web, social, search, paid media, YouTube, social influencers, podcasts, email marketing, and blog content to achieve business objectives. Success in this role requires a strategic, big picture thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and get things done.

Responsibilities include:
* Digital marketer for Snapdragon compute platforms (Windows laptops and Chromebooks), XR platforms, Wi-Fi products, and Technology Marketing initiatives.
* Develop strategies, plans and activations in partnership with Product and Technology Marketing stakeholders. This includes recommendations for all digital channels including social media, search, web, influencers, video, podcasts and editorial content.
* Manage digital marketing projects from initial strategy to final execution.
* Working with creative and media agencies to bring programs and campaigns to life online.
* Strong understanding of digital platforms and how to leverage channels in orchestrated fashion to achieve business goals. Ability to educate stakeholders of best practices in digital landscape.
* Project management, timelines, stakeholder reviews and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 10+ years of digital marketing experience.
* Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* PC / Mobile / Wireless or related tech industry experience.
* Strong understanding of the technology industry and mobile phone space.
* Deep knowledge of functional disciplines such as social media, web, online advertising, search marketing, influencer marketing, email marketing, etc.
* Strong measurement abilities to be able to synthesize data and make recommendations to non-marketing audiences.
* Solid project management skills.
* Strong organizational abilities.
* Comfortable working with large, virtual teams.
* Can communicate easily with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
* Willingness to learn and interest in problem-solving.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be a go-getter and be able to work independently without constant direction.
