Microsoft's Global Demand Center (GDC) team is leading the transformation of marketing at Microsoft with programs and engines that allow us to engage in a more personal way with our customers while driving hard, measured business outcomes. We measure end to end marketing impact by defining and managing key business performance metrics - including acquiring known leads, optimizing customer digital engagement, and routing & tracking specific sets of high propensity customers to the right sales channel (direct, inside sales, partners, field sales). This role is part of a team that supports our marketing and sales execution across the customer lifecycle.
This role specifically drives the cross-company strategy and execution for the Power Platform Direct business. We are searching someone with experience driving strategy, business performance and running processes that span organizational boundaries with exceptional skills in building and landing execution plans, communicating across a wide spectrum of audiences and generating understanding and engagement within those audiences. They will be a strong change agent, with the ability to develop and crisply articulate change strategies and then follow through with detailed and precise tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Power Platform Direct business performance and growth
Define, drive, and optimize Power Platform Direct performance process across all engine teams - Web, Relationship Marketing, Digital Sales, Paid Media, Engineering, etc.
Land new Monthly Integrated Rhythm performance process for Power Platform Direct
Develop Power Platform Direct ROI models and insights--and make near and long term investment recommendations
Orchestrate reviews of cross-team Actions Plans and map out dependencies, risks, and clear status tracking progress
Align with the Commerce Engineering team on key Modern Commerce requirements to enable the Direct business
Drive deep collaboration with Finance teams to understand key performance levers
Prepare executive ready communications and presentations including Monthly and Quarterly updates
Requirements:
Experience managing business performance and insights for a product, program, or initiative
10+ years product, business, or finance programs management experience
MBA or Advanced degree in Business or marketing is preferred
Preferred:
Understanding of direct/ecommerce business channels, digital and lifecycle marketing programs.
Exceptional problem solving across a variety of business challenges both marketing, operations and technical arenas
Ability to deal with ambiguity in solving unstructured problems
Great EQ and communication skills across diverse audiences, ability to influence and drive change through others.
Ability to thrive in a matrix environment
