We are looking for a Client Service Associate Lead (TellerService Manager) to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Northwest Crossing Banking Center. Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
* Lead the daily activities of client service associates.
* Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
* Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
* Ensure that the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
* Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
* Supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team.
* Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.
* Process cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.
* Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 A.M. - 5:15 P.M., Saturday: 8:45 A.M. - 1:15 P.M., 40 hours per week
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above
* Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
* Working knowledge of math
* Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
* Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
