National Search - Business Analyst - SCM Intake Analyst

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - SCM Intake Analyst to join our Supply Chain Management Team. This job can be located anywhere in the US with travel to Utah as needed

Responsibilities:

* Serves as the primary point of contact within Supply Chain Management (SCM) for the Line of Business.
* The primary skillsets for the position are attention to detail, analytical skills, and managing priorities.
* Functions as a liaison between the line of business and SCM to review and see if a request for third-party engagement requires a sourcing activity, contract, third-party risk assessment and/or is out of scope.
* Serves as an expert on the SCM Policy and Program. Manages queues and data in multiple systems of record.
* Assists the lines of business on how to proceed with third-party product or service requests through communication channels such as phone, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook.
* Based on SCM policies and procedures ensures appropriate treatment and workflow on requests.
* Works collaboratively with other teams in Supply Chain Management as well as with stakeholders across the lines of business on requests and intake forms submitted.
* Facilitates the completion of the SCM intake forms including gathering and storing data in Microsoft Excel to examine and make conclusions.
* Asks follow-up questions to the intake form submitter and/or SCM teams to clarify business needs and requests.
* Keep current on regulatory requirements.
* Examines and reviews data to identify information needed to complete requests.
* Communicate with various business lines as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Requires a Bachelor's business, finance or a related field and some experience in business process investigation, gathering and documenting business requirements or other directly related experience.
* Preferer degree in Supply Chain Management
* Experience in examination of business process and workflow and/or process improvement recommendations.
* Some experience with project methodology.
* A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
* Basic knowledge of business processes analysis, business workflow and process Improvement recommendations. Basic knowledge of project techniques and practices.
* Knowledge of department specific processes, computer or systems applications or other knowledge skills or abilities may apply.
* Ability to solve problems including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data.
* Good examination and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.
* Must be able to meet deadlines

Pay range depending on experience $50,000 to $60,000
