We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Program Manager to join an exciting new project team working to build a completely new experience. This leader will be part of a team that supports, expands, optimizes and executes on operations initiatives. This role is inherently cross-functional you will work closely with other product managers, engineering, design, operations, and executive teams to bring products and features to market. Successful candidates will be strong, self-driven leaders who can develop amazing customer experience at scale, communicate clearly and with data, prioritize effectively, and have a consistent track record of delivery.
In this role, you will:
Lead the analysis of geographical areas to provide recommendations on facilities and operations
Lead the development of operations initiatives
Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, scope, time to market
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Define and analyze metrics that measure and benchmark program success
Drive and manage project intake process
Play active role in optimization and process improvements between business, product, design, and engineering teams
Lead effective, productive meetings, facilitate complex discussions and drive for clarity
Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines/milestones

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BA or BS degree
5+ years of program management or analytics experience
Proficiency with SQL
Proficiency with mapping tools and geographic data
Expereinece in supply chain and operations management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or Masters in an applied field
10+ years of program management in a supply chain and operations context.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional industry practices.
