About the Team
Integrated Digital Platform Systems team is instrumental in leading design, development, delivery and roll out of complex projects and high-performance of Application Architecture Solutions, Platform Architecture solutions for both monolithic and microservices application Architecture models. Currently the team is serving as the center of excellence for design/development/delivery of Platform Solutions/Design/Platform Architecture solutions for all ATT.com On Premise and Cloud conversion of PCI/SPI/Non-PCI portfolios. Responsible for rolling out Continuous Integration and Continuous delivery Automation model with test driven automated quality gated pipeline ecosystem, DevSecOps services supporting high margin, Network OSI Security Architecture solutions for On-Premise and Cloud, Site Reliability Engineering, highly elastic, and highly available On-Premise and Cloud Agnostic solutions for all ATT.COM Portfolios decomposed into Microservices hosted in homogenous and heterogeneous and hybrid cloud space. This team serve all aspects of IT applications platform Architecture including: Planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and automating all platform capabilities supporting business capabilities with Agile methodologies.
About the Job

Collaborating and working with all development stakeholders to define Systems and Platforms solutions and strategies.
- Work on Proof of concepts and latest technologies and roll out of the same in production foot print.
Identifying motivators for cloud adoption and unlocking Enterprise challenges.
Analyzing application portfolios, identifying dependencies & common infrastructure platform components, and assessing migration feasibility.
Architecting hybrid, homogenous, heterogenous and on-premise solutions for technology clusters and patterns.
Establishing shared IT service centers for Cloud operations.
Cost/Benefit modeling and creating compelling business cases for migration.
Generating AWS migration roadmaps and driving buy-in across complex organization structures.
Collaborating with consulting and managed services partners to build and execute migration plans
Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View
Responsibilities include working equally well with executives and technologists, leading high-visibility, high-impact projects that are technically broad and deep. Individual contributor collaborating with various scrum teams in Digital Space in driving change and business value at significant scale leveraging latest technology and tools aligned with industry standards.

Seeking for Senior System Engineers with skills listed below
BASIC/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 7-8 of years of experience delivering technology solutions to Public Sector customers to enable technologies and cloud services
A Bachelors degree; Masters/MBA/PhD degree preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations
Cloud Agnostic Infrastructure Solutions expertise
Multi Cloud Architecture (Azure and AWS) , Kubernetes Orchestration Architecture and Expertise/Service Discovery components, ISTIO
Service Mesh Architecture, Docker Container services ,Programming languages such us Python or any equivalent, Terraform/Ansible language skills for installations and configuration of Infrastructure, Helm charts, DevSecOps, CI/CD solutions, Infrastructure Capacity Planning/Performance testing tuning, Site Reliability Engineering/Monitoring/Alerting/Logging Technology Components
Dynatrace, Splunk, EFK, Nagios, Prometheus and Grafana, Seasoned OS level expertise, Network/Firewall/Proxy knowledge and acumen is a must. Security Fundamentals, Data Streaming Kafka, No SQL Database experience is preferred. Thorough in Architecting Infrastructure Platform solutions involving CDN, Hardware and Software Load Balancers (Layer 7 and Layer 3), Reverse proxy NGINIX and NGINIX plus, Gateway Strong Loop and Caching Framework solutions such as Redis and Hazelcaset. Automating and Auto scaling multicluster deployments across multi Data centers and Exploring many open source solutions for infrastructure and platform foot print are must have skills.
This candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs for multiple customers, products, projects such as BSSe or Saleforce integration and Cloud migration and integration of Kafka solutions or equivalent leveraging Azure or Apache. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent applications. Experience in handling Splunk/ELK and any log monitoring solutions. Exercises independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Responsible for providing Kafka Platform/Infrastructure initiatives from inception to completion, Collaborate with customers and team members to create architecture in alignment with business need, Provide day-to-day guidance to development and delivery teams from platform and Infrastructure perspectives, etc
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5-7+ years of IT consulting experience as a technical specialist in Internal Business Clients-facing roles.
