General Description:
Installing electrical conduit and wiring into Generator enclosures while maintaining a consistent appearance between units and teams. Land and terminate wiring into electrical panels following wiring schematics and blue prints for instructions. Work in teams to support the required build schedule and testing of the units when finished.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
This position will be the subject matter expert responsible for:

* Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving engine issues
* Diagnostic Testing
* Teaching other team members
* Identifying RCCAs
* Experience using computer programs related to Test and assembly.
* Will train and test all engine configurations.
* Will train and perform complex mechanical repairs which include, but are not limited to valve adjustments, flow timing, trouble shoot timing calibration/oil pressure issues, and must be able to perform electrical testing.
* Will train and perform all aspects of quality, torque and assembly requirements for any part of the 3400 engine.

Basic Qualifications:

* 5 or more years of engine mechanic experience in Electrical Test/Repair.
* The candidate must be proficient in interpreting engineering and assembly drawings and have solid understanding of standard work instructions.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

* 1 year vocational program after high school or an equivalent on-the-job training program.
* Flexible to work overtime as required to meet customer demands
* Must have good communication skills to interface with various levels of staff and management.

Physical Requirements:

* Candidates for all positions must have the ability to work in a fast paced, medium to heavy duty assembly, technical environment.
* Work may involve frequent bending, stooping and kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing, and standing on concrete for 8 hours.
* All jobs require the ability to lift 20 pounds and withstand frequent repetitive movement of hands with a variety of tooling.
* Must be willing to work an off-shift and overtime.
