Chief Operating Office: Integrated operations organization works collaboratively and consistently across the company. The Chief Operating Office includes core operations functions for each of the lines of business under leaders who have joint reporting relationships. Including Front Line Control for each of the lines of business and enterprise functions, Strategy and Operations Planning, Sales Practices Oversight and Management, Enterprise Shared Services, Strategic Execution & Operations, Corporate Properties Group, Business Continuity and Resiliency, Enterprise Customer Excellence, Supply Chain Management and Chief Administrative Office.

This role will support the Chief Operating Office Issue Management & Escalation team by analyzing and reporting on key data, trends and themes; support team-specific initiatives and projects; develop methods to measure and communicate progress and achievements, create presentation materials and related documentation for Sr. Leadership, and support ad-hoc leadership requests.

* Develop methods to measure and communicate progress and achievements, presentation materials and documentation such as closure memos, procedures, task trackers and reports.
* Develop presentations and materials for senior leaders with effectiveness across a wide range of audiences
* Assess and mitigate risks associated with development of data sets, metrics, KPIs and project plans
* Aggregate, evaluate, report results and escalate where necessary
* Analyze trends, themes and drivers to identify opportunities for coordinated action across the business
* Correlate related, but disparate data sets to develop and identify risk exposures, opportunities, and/or overall effectiveness of risk management activities

Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of strategic planning experience

Desired Qualifications
* A BS/BA degree or higher
* Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Knowledge and understanding of data visualization

Other Desired Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience developing and delivering presentations to a wide range of organizational levels with varying degrees of subject matter expertise.
* Demonstrated ability to draw insights and conclusions from content originating from multiple sources and of various quality levels and to tie those insights into a cohesive story/executive presentation
* Experience with issue management
* Able to synthesize material from multiple sources (e.g., presentations, SharePoint sites, regulatory materials, etc.) to create logically-structured content that clearly communicates the intended topic to a wide range of audiences
* Excellent communication skills and presentation skills (written and verbal) with ability to communicate with senior management audiences
* Advanced Microsoft Power Point experience, including visual storytelling
* Data visualization/mining skills, including the ability to analyze and explain complex data sets
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and manage projects involving stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Demonstrated ability to draw insights and conclusions from content originating from multiple sources and of various quality levels and to tie those insights into a cohesive story/executive presentation
* Able to think strategically and pivot between multiple priorities
* Experience working in a matrixed environment either as a team member or consultant
* Strong listening and communications skills (both written and oral) with the ability to convey complex information and ideas both simply and clearly
* Demonstrated experience developing and delivering presentations to a wide range of organizational levels with varying degrees of subject matter expertise.
* Demonstrated ability to contribute to or lead enterprise wide initiatives.
