Job Description

Assist the team lead in the management of the schedule for of all staff applicants, detailees, and contractors associated with the contractor screening program. Work with customer groups to solve scheduling problems and meet their requirements with professionalism and flexibility. If needed, will seek guidance from management. Ability to perform scheduling duties in the absence of team lead and provide assistance to members of the work unit. Work independently and with team under minimal supervision with latitude to exercise independent judgment to accomplish work in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ability to communicate/brief procedures and processes to management, co-workers, customers, and stakeholders to include providing guidance on pertinent changes to business functions and operations. Bring problems or errors to the attention of management or customers in a timely and professional manner and exhibit strong customer service skills to resolve the matter. Must have the ability to anticipate customer requirements, and suggest, implement, and follow up on key business solutions. Position requires careful attention to detail, organization, ability to manage time effectively and ability to multi task. Provide guidance to less experienced contractors as necessary. Ability to perform as a back-up, responsible for coordinating the delivery of multiple professional briefings to sponsor applicants/contractors as needed following a script. Comfortable speaking in front of large groups (20+ people). Excellent oral and written communication skills; sufficient to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear and concise manner. Import and merge test data on a daily basis and oversee maintenance and validation of test results datasets for accuracy and completeness. Will assist sponsor in completing mandatory data entry of applicant testing and generate standardized report. Schedule requirements: Can be flexible as long as works core business hours. No earlier than 7am. No travel necessary.
