The group includes Home Lending, Auto, Credit Cards, Retail & Merchant Services, Personal Lending, Consumer Lending Control, and Consumer Lending Shared Services.

The Consumer Lending team partners with other businesses across Wells Fargo to create and deliver transformational experiences that help customers gain access to credit. The vision for the Consumer Lending business is to leverage technology and data to make it simple for customers to easily access credit when and where they need it. Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices as well as online and digital channels.

Wells Fargo Auto is a team is hiring two Product Owners to support the Auto Originations.

Responsibilities will include:

* Provides overall product management and strategic focus for complex/diverse major product line(s)/service or has accountability for change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology/process work of low to moderate complexity.
* Articulates product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies/ vendor relationships.
* Works with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value.
* Drives requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.
* Leads backlog prioritization.
* Adjusts planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks.
* Inspects pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met.
* Ensures cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.
* Enhances/monitors key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met.
* Work outside of traditional business hours as needed to support releases or international partnerships.

Location:This role can sit in the following markets: Irving, TX; Raleigh, NC or Chandler, AZ.

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery or agile product owner

Desired Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience leading and executing complex technology transformational programs across an enterprise
* Ability to manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams
* Knowledge and understanding of strategic roadmap coordination and development
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
* Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
* Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Experience creating visually dynamic presentations

Other Desired Qualifications
* 5+ years of auto lending industry experience
* Proven leadership within Auto operations or similar business operations
* Knowledge of Wells Fargo Enterprise Micro-services and Enterprise Business Services and Technology applications
* Knowledge agile methodology and industry agile best practices
* Wells Fargo processes
* Micro-services/Enterprise MicroServices Architecture team composition
* Experience breaking work down into features and increments for delivery
* Experience coaching and leading cross discipline teams
* Experience effectively driving change within a complex environment

Job Expectations
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

TX-Irving: Min: $102,900 Mid: $147,000
AZ-Chandler: Min: $102,900 Mid: $147,000
NC-Raleigh: Min: $102,900 Mid: $147,000
