How will you make an impact?

You will be part of the Supply Chain Operations Team. The role will work cross functionally with quality and other parts of the organization to ensure shipments are prepared, shipped timely and compliantly. This role will partner cross-functionally to establish processes and streamline communication. As a key member of the site supply chain team, supports shipping, receiving, material fulfillment, material movement, and all warehouse operations functions.

Monitor and anticipate the rate of sale for each type of product offered by a business. As an inventory analyst, you will make sure that your company's distribution centers and warehouses maintain inventory levels necessary to meet projected sales demands.

What will you do?

* Your daily duties may include writing inventory reports, performing cycle counts, and determining periodic asset valuations. The job requires advanced organization skills, as analysts must keep several databases and spreadsheets detailing the various elements and aspects of inventory.
* Another important aspect of your job as an inventory analyst involves researching past sales trends and staying informed of current sales trends that may influence inventory demand. If you work in retail, you may also oversee the level of incoming products and ensure that it stays balanced with the level of outgoing products. You may also be in charge of performing yearly audit functions and proving that all products were bought, handled, and sold in compliance with rules and regulations.

What will you do?
Follow cGMP procedures, retrieve documents from the document management system, complete cGMP documents using good documentation practices.
Must be proficient in the use of enterprise resource planning system (SAP) and execute real-time transactions such as material reservations, inventory reporting, order shipping confirmations, and cycle counting
Must possess an exceptional attention to detail and able to identify gaps in procedures
Must have access to the exceptions system to initiate deviations,, and close them on-time. Must work effectively with cross functional departments to complete investigations as needed.
Assist in working with freight forwarders, NVOCCs, 3PLs, Brokers and transportation providers to address any logistics issues and needs
Track and trace shipments, researching and resolving any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies, communicate timely correspondence back

How will you get there?

* 3-5 Years of Supply Chain & industry experience preferred
* GMP experience
* 2-4 years preferred of managing Inventory process(es), cycle counts, inventory reporting, reconciliation etc.
* Complete understanding of WMS, Receiving, Inspection and stock receipt workflows
* Proficient MS Excel user
* Valid drivers license
* Ability to use a computer and knowledge of some Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, PowerPoint)
* Ability to communicate in English
* Ability to lift 40lbs
