How will you make an impact?
As a member of the Human Identification R&D group you will assist in the technical development of new products, evaluate new technologies and troubleshoot/improve existing technologies.
What will you do?
Collaborate with cross functional teams on product development projects.
Independently plan and execute experiments to test new assay formulations.
Critically analyze large complex data sets using scripts
How will you get here?
Education
B.S. with 10+ years of relevant experience OR postgraduate degree (M.S or Ph.D) with demonstrated background in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related scientific discipline
Experience
Hands-on experience with PCR based assays
Extensive experience with PCR primer design software
Demonstrated programming/scripting skills such as Python for custom analysis of large data sets
Experience with statistical analysis software such as JMP is a plus
