Northrop Grumman AeronauticsSystems (NGAS) is looking for a strategic and experienced capture leader tomanage and win strategic competitive captures. The selected candidate will beresponsible for capture execution, including customer engagement, strategydevelopment, refinement, and implementation.
Additionally, thisindividual will be responsible for leading focused priority captures inaccordance with the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process(BAP)/International Business Acquisition Process (IBAP) and all otherapplicable policies and procedures. The successful candidate willdemonstrate and provide strong team leadership from capture strategydevelopment through the post submission phases of the BAP/IBAP includingContract Award.
Essential Functions:
Developand implement integrated capture and proposal strategy for multiple campaigns.
Understandthe customers requirements, as well as, competitive analysis. Thendevelops/implements winning strategies that highlight strengths and mitigateweaknesses; establish value added teaming strategies and competitive pricingstructures to create a profitable return at a winning cost.
Developand present executive briefings to internal and external customers.
EnsureNGAS Strategy amp; Business Development (S amp;BD) Leadership, along with thebusiness unit and executive management is kept informed in a timely manner, fordecision making and that the capture teams are adequately prepared andresourced to successfully progress through all phases of the BAP.
Maintainon-going interaction with S amp;BD Customer Engagement and Business Development(CEBD) through the assigned Campaign Leads.
Representand lead the team during gate reviews and interim reviews as the capturematures across the BAP/IBAP lifecycle to Business Unit, Division, Sector andCorporate leadership.

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelorsdegree and 8 years capture, mission analysis or program managementexperience
* Mustbe able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
* Musthave the ability to travel internationally.
* Strongunderstanding and knowledge of U.S. Government foreign military sales andinternational acquisition/procurement policies and regulations.
* Strongunderstanding of USG technology release and export processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
* MBAor other Masters degree
* 10years of direct International business experience
* Strongunderstanding of aerospace or defense production line/engineering environments
* Provenprofessional track record
* Internationalbusiness experience, including cultural awareness and foreign militaryacquisition process knowledge
