Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (SQA) for a position in Grand Prairie, TX
responsible for:

Work in a comprehensive process for gathering quality metrics, determining data validity, compiling and sorting data, and charting and presenting results to various levels of management.

Reviewing, analyzing and reporting on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems.

Implementing process improvement for the Quality organization to improve efficiency and affordability.

Develop and implement standardized processes and training for stakeholders.

Validate quality requirements to create conceptual, logical and physical data models and training.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (those that require quantitative analysis course work such as Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Math / Statistics / Physics), or equivalent experience / combined education

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision in a fast-paced environment

Ability to review data and identify trends

Strong organizational skills in a data focused environment, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), accounting or equivalent

Advanced MS Excel skills such as the ability to utilize various MS Excel functions and/or create custom macros used in financial planning

Advanced PowerPoint and writing skills are required to create professional reports

SAP / ERP, SharePoint and Tableau or other business intelligence software experience

Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification or ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)

Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration
