Description:
Technical Order Distribution Officer (TODO), Balad Air Base, Iraq.

Establish and maintain the TODO office and program to USAF standards for a squadron of F-16s.

Maintain technical order library containing over 3,400 publications.

Process digital technical guidance to paper format to include printing, cutting, folding and assembling schematic diagrams.

Performs audits of shop-level Technical Order Distribution Assistants

Regularly required to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, perform repetitive movements, and perform work from ground level to overhead. This position requires frequent standing for long periods, walking, stooping, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and twisting.

Job location is in Iraq.

Candidates offered a position must complete a pre-employment medical exam that is designed to ensure deployment to the worksite in Iraq, which is located in an austere environment with very limited access to medical care, does not pose a direct threat to yourself or others.

Site is a secure compound where team members will be confined to. Flexibility, a positive attitude and excellent people skills are a must.

Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Basic Qualifications:
1 year Technical Order Distribution Officer / TODO experience.

Demonstrated experience navigating the International Digital Technical Order Delivery System, Foreign Military Sales Technical Order Delivery System, and Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate.

Candidate must have experience with training TODO responsibilities.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).
Desired Skills:
Experience processing AFTO Form 22's, AFTO Form 847's and other various messages through the Technical Coordination Group.

Ability to work with and train customers of different culture and background.

Strong understanding of fighter aircraft maintenance process.
