* Investigate any potential transaction risk & resolve any accounting or securities transactions that can be seen as a breach validation tolerances
* Monitor cash and asset variances between the core systems and the accounting system on a daily basis and resolve any discrepancies
* Effective planning and time management skills to meet strict deadlines and team objectives
* Process and monitor trade transactions for multiple clients
* Communicate with service partners to ensure the timely resolution of all inquiries both internal and external, including creating, delivering and understanding daily/monthly reporting
* Performing quality assurance checks on information received internally from other supporting functions
* Process, research, and monitor dividend reinvestments across multiple clients
* Working closely with clients to resolve queries
* Providing weekly/Monthly ad hoc request from clients
