Be part of a global project and program management office to develop, manage, and monitor a project and portfolio management methodology for customer (external) and organizational (internal) projects. Play a key role in driving tool selection and integration in support of the IGS Project Management Organizations goals. Ensure cross-functional alignment through clear and documented processes and procedures.
You will be a focal point for developing processes that support the organizations project management function to drive customer success. Your efforts will ensure the organizations project teams are focused, aware, capable, and strongly supported. You will work closely with cross-functional business partners and directly with project teams to develop, distribute, and monitor project process and governance. You will use your years of direct industry project management experience and your expertise in PMI waterfall and Agile project processes to ensure project teams are positioned for success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop global processes and templates, aligning with local requirements
Liaise with project organization and business leadership to develop and align PPM methodology, processes and best practices
Develop project resource competency requirements and resource selection process
Develop, align, and deploy PPM audit metrics and KPIs
Conduct audits
Manage organizational process changes through collaborative communication
Support PPM training team to support creation of project management education programs
Support continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with project organization to drive efficiency that improves overall effectiveness
Continually monitor effectiveness of project management processes
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
Minimum five (5) years of direct industry Project Management experience
