Job Description

Deloitte Government and Public Services (GPS) Advisory LLP advises clients on managing business controversy and conflict, executing deals, and maintaining regulatory compliance. We provide services to companies throughout their lifecycle from purchasing a company to investigating potential fraud.

We are currently seeking highly trained Investigators and Intelligence Specialists to support and assist our Federal clients with various professional services to include commercially enabled intelligence, forensic accounting, analytics, and discovery services to help address complex investigative programs. Strong candidates are those who thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment, and are able to contribute from day one.

Responsibilities:

* Litigation Support Specialist for team supporting eDiscovery Division at Federal agency.
* Support the eDiscovery needs of the client and implement best practices related to eDiscovery and data workflow.
* Develop program governance materials including quality risk documentation and project management templates.
* Develop and execute QA plan.
* Knowledge management.
* Coordinate appropriate workflow tasks including data management, processing, technical and case workflow support, production and quality control.
* Work with Relativity for case administration and delivery to clients.
* Develop training exercises and standard operating procedure documents for tools and workflows.
* Advise client regarding tools and workflows generally and regarding specific use cases.
* Provide advice and assistance to the client regarding search syntax and parameters
* Assist Project Team with reporting and other required record keeping.
* Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy.
* Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
* Working knowledge of personal computers, including Windows 7, document review software, and encryption methods.
* Experience with Relativity, Concordance, Nuix, or other discovery technology.
* Experience with eDiscovery Freedom of Information requests and civil litigation.
* Ability to manage engagements and work streams and multiple team members with confidence.
* Professional oral and written communication skills.
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
* Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
